For decades, Honda has produced quality vehicles known for their longevity and reliability. The Honda Civic is one of our customers’ favorites, and the Honda Accord is another model that our Gladstone, OR-area drivers love. However, a vehicle that may not get the attention it deserves is the 2019 Honda HR-V, so we want to share a little bit about this crossover with you.
2019 Honda HR-V Details
Power and Performance
The 2019 Honda HR-V comes standard with a 1.8-liter, 4-cylinder engine that produces 141 horsepower. With its front-wheel drive (all-wheel drive is available), you will get a comfortable ride and responsive maneuverability. One of the reasons why the Honda HR-V is one of the most sought-after new 2019 Honda models is due to its excellent fuel economy, as well.
The Honda HR-V may not look big from the outside, but the spacious cabin offers a lot of space for five people. Cloth upholstery comes standard, but leather is available, as are heated front seats and an 8-way power-adjustable driver’s seat. The Honda HR-V has an impressive amount of cargo space, offering 23.3 cubic feet behind the back row of seats and 58.8 cubic feet when that row is folded down.
The standard tech features in the Honda HR-V consist of Bluetooth®, a 4-speaker audio system, a 5-inch display screen, and a USB port. Also available are satellite radio, an extra USB port, proximity keyless entry, and Android Auto® and Apple CarPlay™ connectivity.
Brake assist, a rearview camera, and traction control are some of the standard safety features you’ll find in the 2019 Honda HR-V. If you want more advanced technology, you can also opt for lane departure warning, automatic emergency braking, front and rear parking sensors, and lane keep assist.
