If you’re shopping for a car and have taken a look at some 2019 Honda cars, you probably found a vehicle or two you could picture in your driveway. However, before you decide to go with one of these models, you may want to consider a vehicle that was just released, like the 2020 Honda CR-V. This crossover SUV could have everything you’re looking for in a new vehicle.
The 2020 Honda CR-V comes with a 1.5-liter, four-cylinder engine that produces 190 horsepower. This is paired with a continuously variable automatic transmission (CVT), but there is also a hybrid version that has a naturally-aspirated Atkinson-cycle 2.0-liter, inline four-cylinder engine that works with two electric motors. With this setup, you will get 212 horsepower. Whichever engine you go with, you will have a smooth ride and nice handling. Plus, the 2020 Honda CR-V has strong brakes, which you’ll appreciate when trying to navigate the tight Portland city streets.
Honda cars often can’t be beat when it comes to safety. The Honda Civic, for example, is always considered one of the safest cars, and the 2020 Honda CR-V is right there with it. All 2020 models come with Honda Sensing®, which includes features such as forward collision warning, pedestrian detection, lane keep assist, and a collision mitigation braking system.
The second-row 2020 Honda CR-V has plenty of room for five people. Cloth upholstery comes standard, but you can opt for leather if you prefer. A 12-way power-adjustable driver’s seat and heated front seats are also available. Bluetooth® and a five-inch audio display screen are standard, but many other features are available as well, including Apple CarPlay™ and Android Auto™ connectivity, navigation assistance, SiriusXM™ satellite radio, push-button start, and an infotainment system with a seven-inch touchscreen.
While the 2019 Honda models have been impressive, if you’re interested in a 2020 vehicle, visit Swickard Honda to check out the brand-new 2020 Honda CR-V. If you want to see any of our pre-owned Honda cars, we will gladly show you those as well.
